system and stronger front wheels, however, the vehicle has remained
essentially the same. These specifications are for the 2005 vehicle.

design, ‘clam shell’ style with front hinge and rear latch. Junior
version of larger canopy.
Composite construction, 2 layers of 175 gsm woven glass

24v, 600 watt brushless motor with integrated

Primary chain drive, 0.25”, with free wheel to

brush-cutter.
Primary drive gearbox modified from an unidentified
ancient washing machine.
BMX free wheel fitted to intermediate shaft.

tooth drive sprocket with cush drive on intermediate shaft.

after our successful first hybrid 2 vehicle, Prius Junior which in
turn was named after the Toyota hybrid vehicle, Prius. Toyota were a
substantial sponsor whose assistance enabled us to develop our
energy vehicle program in the early days.
